Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

FS Formation Skydiving (the "App") is developed and published by Mattacode Studio ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how the App handles information.

It covers the FS Formation Skydiving app and nothing else. It is not a general privacy policy for Mattacode Studio, and it does not apply to the Mattacode Studio website or to any other app we publish, each of which has its own separate policy.

Information We Do Not Collect

The App contains no analytics, attribution, advertising or crash-reporting software. Specifically, the App does not:

• Ask you to create an account, sign in, or set up a profile
• Collect your name, email address, phone number or postal address
• Collect your location
• Use advertising identifiers, cookies or tracking technologies
• Include analytics, attribution or crash-reporting services
• Use Google Play Games services — sign-in, achievements, leaderboards and cloud saves are all disabled
• Contain any social media, advertising or third-party marketing software

No personal data is transmitted to Mattacode Studio by the App, and we do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone, because we do not hold any.

Data Stored On Your Device

Your game progress, settings and preferences are saved locally in the App's own storage on your device. This information stays on your device, is not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and is deleted when you uninstall the App. You can also clear it at any time through your device's app settings.

Google Play Licence Verification

Because FS Formation Skydiving is a paid app, it uses Google Play's licensing service to confirm that your copy was legitimately purchased. This check takes place between your device, your Google account and Google Play. It is operated by Google, and any information involved is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive that information.

Purchases and Payments

Your purchase of the App is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or receive your payment card details, billing address or Google account credentials. Purchase queries, refunds and billing history are handled by Google Play under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Device Permissions

Android requires apps to declare the permissions they may use. The App declares the following, and we want to be plain about what they are and are not used for:

• Network access (internet, network state and Wi-Fi state): used for the Google Play licence check described above and for standard game engine operation. Network access is not used to gather personal information about you, and the App does not send your data anywhere.
• Storage and media access (external storage, images, video and audio): these permissions are declared by the current build, but the App has no photo, gallery, camera or media-import feature and does not read, collect or upload your photos, videos, audio or documents. We are removing these unused declarations in a future update.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and it does not take part in a families or child-directed programme on Google Play. Because the App collects no personal data from anyone, it collects no personal data from children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights in the UK and EU (UK GDPR and GDPR)

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, data protection law gives you rights over personal data held about you, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.

We do not collect or process any personal data through the App, so no lawful basis for processing by us is engaged, and in practice a request to us for access to or erasure of your data will be answered by confirming that we hold nothing about you. Data handled by Google in connection with your Google Play purchase or the licence check is controlled by Google, and requests about that data should be directed to Google. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Your Rights in California (CCPA and CPRA)

We do not collect personal information through the App, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. You will never be treated differently for exercising your privacy rights.

Data Retention

We hold no personal data about you and therefore have nothing to retain or delete. Game data stored locally on your device is kept for as long as the App is installed and is removed when you uninstall it or clear the App's data.

Security

Because no personal data leaves your device, there is no transmission or server storage of your information to secure. Data saved by the App is protected by your device's own operating system protections, which prevent other apps from reading it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the App's functionality changes. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes will also be noted in the App's Google Play listing. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
